Candidatul ideal

- Studii superioare finalizate;
- Experienta anterioara intr-o pozitie similara (minim 1-3 ani)
- Atestat Inspector Resurse Umane;
- Cunostinte avansate de legislatie a muncii;
- Cunostinte operare MS Office (Word, Excel) nivel avansat;
- Cunostinte operare Charisma/ alte soft-uri de specialitate constituie avantaj;
- Cunostinte limba engleza nivel mediu;
- Excelente abilitati de comunicare si organizare, nivel inalt de implicare si responsabilitate, abilitati specifice (lucrul cu cifrele), atentie la detalii;
- Atitudine proactiva, lucru in echipa.



Descrierea jobului

Responsabilitati
• Introducere si operare date in aplicatia de salarizare (salarii, tichete de masa, conturi IBAN, date inscrise in certificatele de concediu medical, contravaloare avansuri din salarii, sume ce reprezinta retineri din salariu si popriri, modificari referitoare la locul de munca, cereri de deduceri, cereri prin care se solicita ajutor nastere, ajutor casatorie, ajutor deces, concedii pentru evenimente deosebite, bonusuri, prime, contravaloare sume aferente compensarii numarului de zile de concediu de odihna neefectuat sau a retinerilor pentru a compensa numarul de zile de concediu efectuate suplimentar.
• Consiliere salariati
- raspunde de evidenta cererilor de concedii pentru evenimente deosebite si raspunde de arhivarea acestora;
- receptioneaza certificatele de concediu medical, verifica modul de completare a acestora, precum si corectitudinea datelor inscrise;
- receptioneaza si gestioneaza referatele cu privire la ore suplimentare, bonusuri, prime, ore de inventar, etc.;
- receptioneaza si gestioneaza cererile salariatilor prin care se solicita ajutoarele prevazute in CCM la nivelul companiei;
- consiliaza salariatii cu privire la modul de calcul al salariilor, concediilor (de odihna, medicale), al deducerilor, etc.;
- consiliaza si informeaza salariatii cu privire la modificarile legislative;
- intocmeste documentatia necesara depunerii dosarelor de crestere si ingrijire copil si consiliaza salariatele in acest sens;
- raspunde de distribuirea tichetelor de masa pentru salariatii companiei;
• Calcul salarial
- raspunde de intocmirea corecta a calculului salarial, precum si a intregii documentatii ulterioare calculului salarial (note contabile, Declaratia 112 etc.);
- raspunde de transmiterea documentatiei finale (state, centralizatoare salarii, note contabile, Declaratia 112 etc.) atat catre departamentele cu care colaboreaza cat si catre autoritatile de stat;
- distribuie statele de plata si fluturasii de salarii pentru magazine/depozit/sediul central (electronic si/sau personal fiecarui salariat);
- lunar, raspunde de generarea fisierelor cu viramentele salariale, de verificarea datelor existente in fisier si de transmiterea acestor informatii catre bancile cu care colaboreaza compania;
- raspunde ca arhivarea (atat in format de hartie, cat si electronic) documentatiei aferente calculului salarial sa se efectueze lunar si in conditii optime;
- raspunde de operarea/introducerea adreselor de e-mail a salariatilor Mega Image pentru a se asigura transmiterea (electronica) in bune conditii a fluturasilor/statelor de salarii
• Rapoarte
- efectueaza rapoarte lunare in functie de solicitari (nou angajati, numar lichidari, statistica, numarul de cazuri de concediu medical, numarul si valoarea orelor suplimentare etc.);
- acorda suport permanent si colaboreaza cu Departamentul Financiar in vederea solutionarii oricaror neclaritati semnalate in procesul de calcul salarial;
- raspunde de intocmirea diverselor tipuri de adeverinte la solicitarea salariatilor;
- gestioneaza retinerile din salarii, popriri si lunar;
- prezinta Departamentului Financiar rapoartele (formularele) in baza carora se efectueaza platile manuale;
- lunar, raspunde de intocmirea comenzii de tichete de masa si se asigura ca acestea vor fi livrate in termenul agreat cu furnizorii de tichete de masa, prin contract;
- lunar, raspunde de intocmirea situatiei concediilor de odihna pentru salariati si de transmiterea acesteia in atentia sefilor de departament, managerilor, directorilor;
