ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a multinational FMCG company, is looking for a qualified and driven professional for the position of CRM Analyst.

This position is offered on an temporary basis for a 24 month period to cover maternity leave.

The CRM Analyst main objective is to provide market and insight of CRM, develop & monitor CRM Systems, and support & train Field Force on effectively executing Trade Programs & Sales Activities. He/she is also responsible for coordinating and handling multiple information sources (sales, reporting, and retailer’s database) so as to deliver added-value information & improve Trade Programs and Actions, integral to the business.  Also he/she is responsible for the management of the marketing contracts.

Responsible in the following processes (but not limited to):

  • Supervise & effectively handle CRM Systems. Close monitoring of performance to secure on-going improvements & adaptations based on Retail Classification. Develop CRM Systems making them flexible and minimizing the time that is required for data entry. Responsible for the release of upgrades & changes in CRM Systems.
  • Review and gain comprehensive understanding of Trade & Sales Programs and Objectives of all Field Force related activities as to align Systems accordingly and secure efficient measurement & reporting to meet Business Needs. Responsible to deliver weekly, monthly & cyclical reporting of the relevant performance metrics of Field Force Activities (Key KPIs: availability & OOS evolution, advocacy, market coverage, call coverage).
  • Support & Train Field Force in using effectively CRM Systems. Continuous communication with Field Force so as to secure optimum usage of Systems and proceed to corrective actions of FF data entries. Monitor and analyses Performance using agreed metrics.
  • Coach and guide Direct Report to meet Business Objectives and deliver punctual reporting.
  • Responsible for the retail classification (update on an annual basis), a methodology to evaluate the entire retail outlet universe using quantitative & qualitative criteria.
  • Supervise & Monitor Consumer & Retail complaint Management Process.
  • Creating specific reports on the performance KPIs A.C. Nielsen
  • Centralizing and updating distribution and marketing agreements concluded between Imperial Tobacco and retail outlets ( create contracts, gather invoices, centralize the contracts)

Job Requirements

  • Dedicated to develop the CRM expertise in the environment of premium brands 
  • Great analytical skills
  • University student in Business or Marketing related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in multi-national companies, experience from premium brands will be a definite advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to deliver insightful ideas, excited to draw findings from figures
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive, responsible, attention to detail and a good team player
  • Ability to work in a quick and multi-cultural environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
